Paul is a sophomore majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience. He joined the lab in the spring of 2022. He is most interested in the mechanisms that underlie impulsive and reward-seeking behaviors in the context of substance abuse and disordered eating patterns. He is also interested in how these behaviors contribute to the occurrence of long-term health issues, particularly as they relate to mental health and suicidal ideation. Outside of the lab, He works as a volunteer crisis counselor and an endoscopy technician and hopes to attend medical school after college.
